Stunning new footage has captured the latest effusive eruption of Mount Etna, currently unfolding at an altitude of around 2,000 metres within the volcano’s Valle del Bove. The lava flow has now reached approximately 1,500 metres, but authorities have confirmed that it poses no threat to any inhabited areas at this time. The dramatic images and video, captured by Emilio Messina, show glowing lava cutting through the landscape in what has become another breathtaking display from Europe’s most act
