This is day 2 of 1 chicken, 3 meals for a family of four. This leftovers Roast Pie is a huge favourite in our house, particularly over the winter. Not only does it save me time and money, it means that no food goes to waste after a Sunday Roast. Whether that's a lonely roast potato that no one wanted, the leftover veg or even some stuffing balls, you can chuck it all in. I add some gravy to the pie so that it is not too dry and serve it alongside some mashed potatoes and lashings of extra gravy.
