MULTI-VEHICLE TRAFFIC COLLISION W/ FIRE - CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department responded at 4:13 p.m. Interstate 15 South / Nichols Rd Off Ramp in the City of Lake Elsinore. Firefighters arrived on-scene of a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles and a taco trailer. A total of 9 patients; two with moderate injuries, and seven with minor injuries, were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
