I love these type of drills for training habits, strategies, and our 🧠 Its unlikely that you will stay in one place and go through a long sequence like this in an actual competition. The goal is to develop the individual strategies. When coaching in the corner you can cue “defend their jab” and know that you have drilled multiple ways of defending the jab. Or “punch with them” and try to time the individual ways you have drilled. Or you can simplify and just train one strategy for a whole sessi
