The Barbados Licensing Authority opened two tint testing sites today, Monday, September 8. Vehicle owners are encouraged to visit the locations at Granny's Car Park, Oistins, Christ Church or at the National Cultural Foundation Car Park, West Terrace, St. James, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to have the tint on their vehicles tested.
