Seeding Amaranthus today. The seed is SO SMALL! Amaranthus is a gorgeous flower that is used in many bridal bouquets for its unique trailing flower. There are several varieties of Amaranthus, but we like to plant the trailing type in red or green. Often you will find the birds feeding off of the prolific seeds from the flowers.
