Buttermilk biscuits from scratch: • 2 cups flour • 1 T baking powder • 1 T sugar • 1 t salt • 6 T cold butter • 3/4 cup buttermilk 1-2 T Combine dry ingredients and cut in butter. I use a blender for this. Put dry mix in large bowl. Add 3/4 cup Buttermilk and mix. If it’s too dry or crumbly add 1-2T buttermilk, one at a time mixing between each. Roll out on a floured surface and cut in desired shape. Bake at 425 F, 10-15 min. depending on pan. I use a stoneware sheet and mine take 13ish minutes.
