The Prime Minister said US President Donald Trump has "changed the global conversation" on Ukraine but that this provided an "opportunity" as world leaders marked the third anniversary of Russia's invasion.

Keir Starmer is set to take his biggest gamble since becoming Prime Minister. His plan to protect Ukraine from further Russian aggression involves sending British troops to the country. It comes after President Donald Trump's erratic comments suggested the US is no longer willing to support efforts to protect Ukraine's independence.
