Sacramento Kings forward Isaac Jones was the top individual performer at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas based on HoopsHype's Global Rating system. Two other members of Sacramento's Summer League squad ranked among the top 15 with Nique Clifford at No. 9 and Devin Carter at No. 12.
