The State Department has approved $322 million in proposed weapons sales to Ukraine to enhance its air defense capabilities and provide armored combat vehicles.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said 96 cats are available for adoption after they were removed on Tuesday from a Palm Coast home where an elderly resident was attempting to take care of them.
