Parsons said his agent, David Mulugheta, has reached out to the Cowboys. He believes it’s now up to owner and general manager Jerry Jones and executive vice president Stephen Jones to return the call. Neither has spoken to Mulugheta about Parsons’ contract.

Micah Parsons still is not practicing Wednesday, the second consecutive day he is not participating with the Cowboys in Oxnard, California.

Parsons says his contract talks with the Cowboys have stalled after Jones questioned his durability during the team’s training camp opener.
