Officers responding to reports of a dead woman discovered a decomposing body inside a shed at an apartment complex, Utah police and news outlets reported. Officers found the body at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, the Provo Police Department said in a news release. They arrested Arthuro Carrion, 53, on a charge of murder.
