Retired MLB pitcher Daniel Serafini has been convicted of first-degree murder and attempted murder in the 2021 shootings of his wife’s parents.

Prosecutors reportedly said this fatal incident stemmed from a $1.3 million spat regarding a ranch renovation project, with the elderly couple making that investment.

After playing professionally for 22 seasons with six MLB clubs and two in Japan, Serafini is found guilty of murdering father-in-law plus other charges.
