Philadelphia's Pro Bowl guard Landon Dickerson follows Jordan Mailata's lead in moving on from the Eagles' Super Bowl victory

PHILADELPHIA — Saquon Barkley couldn’t have had a better first season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Barkley broke records and became the ninth player to ever to rush for 2,000 yards in a single season. He was named the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year. And of course, he propelled the Eagles on a Super Bowl run. It was all pretty memorable.

Now, they have a chance to win the Super Bowl again, but following their first workout of training camp in the South Philly summer heat Wednesday morning, some of the Eagles’ most prominent players took turns explaining why they’re treating the word repeat with utter disdain.

A key part of the team’s success on their title run was interior defensive lineman Jordan Davis. The No. 13 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft somehow looks like a man amongst boys even at the NFL level, and recorded a critical sack in the team’s 40-22 Super Bowl LIX victory as the Chiefs were looking to stage a comeback.
