Three current and former police chiefs, a marshal and a business owner were charged with falsifying police reports in a years-long visa scheme in Louisiana.

B ATON ROUGE, La. ( Louisiana First) — Two Louisiana police chiefs were taken into custody Tuesday after the FBI conducted operations in Baton Rouge and the Oakdale area, a source told Nexstar sister station KLFY.

Baton Rouge television stations are reporting that there have been multiple search warrants executed and some arrests in a federal investigation; a press conference is set for Wednesday.
