A Kentucky man is accused of throwing "hate flyers" throughout Lincoln Heights in the middle of night 2 weeks after a neo-Nazi demonstration there.

“You’ll never get used to seeing kids play on this playground without being scared of gunfire. It’s such an unnatural thought, but it’s become our norm here in Lincoln Heights,” Collins said. “We’re talking about generations of trauma that’s been passed down and embedded in our community.”

Three separate entities are investigating the incident — each with a different focus. Lincoln Heights Mayor Ruby Kinsey-Humphrey expressed her concern about how the investigation is being handled.
