Immigration officials may deport migrants to countries other than their own with as little as six hours' notice, Trump administration memo says.

The suspect wanted in connection with a July 4 ambush that left a police officer wounded outside an ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Benjamin Hanil Song, is in custody, the Johnson County District Attorney and the FBI said Tuesday.

The FBI has arrested a Dallas man who was on the run after he was accused of being involved in a shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in North Texas earlier this month.

According to Texas DPS records, 32-year-old Benjamin Song, accused in a coordinated attack on an ICE facility, has been captured.
