Police are investigating the deaths of two people who were discovered deceased in their east Chula Vista apartment unit last week.

CHULA VISTA, Calif. — Chula Vista Police are investigating the suspicious deaths of a man and woman found Friday afternoon in a townhome apartment near the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center.

A welfare check by Chula Vista Police led to the discovery of two dead residents in a townhome, and their deaths are currently being investigated as suspicious.
