Andy Byron, the CEO of a New York-based tech firm, Astronomer, has resigned after being caught cuddling with his coworker at a Coldplay concert.
A widely circulated post by the X page "Alex Cohen" about the Coldplay concert couple scandal is fake, according to Astronomer. In the post, the page's author claimed to be an Astronomer employee who arranged the Coldplay concert outing that turned company CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot
Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot, who was seemingly caught cheating with the company CEO Andy Byron earlier this week, appears to be married to the CEO of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based liquor brand. According to property records obtained by The Post, Cabot has shared a Rye, New Hampshire, address with Andrew Cabot since at least 2023.
"Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO given Andy Byron has been placed on leave," a spokesperson for Astronomer told PEOPLE on Friday, July 18. "We will share more details as appropriate in the coming days."
