Spurs confirm Victor Wembanyama out for season ahead of game vs. Suns
The Spurs announced Thursday that Wembanyama will miss the rest of the season after being diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis in his right shoulder. In the statement, the Spurs said the blood clot was discovered after Wembanyama returned to San Antonio after the NBA All-Star game last weekend.
