The Rock announced that New Orleans' Caesars Superdome will be the host of WrestleMania 42. The Rock made the announcement in New Orleans' Smoothie King Center, which hosted SmackDown on Friday. This will mark the third time WWE held WrestleMania in New Orleans.

Wrestlemania 42 is coming to New Orleans next year. Movie star and wrestler Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, in town to make an appearance on WWE's Smackdown underway at the Smoothie King Center, made the announcement before a roaring crowd Friday night.
