TEXARKANA, Ark. -- Capital murder suspect Antoine Cartwright Jr. has been arrested in Bernice, Louisiana. Cartwright was arrested Friday, according to the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department. "At this time, there are no other updates available, but TAPD wanted to advise our community of his capture," said a statement on TAPD's Facebook page.
