MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) - Vermont Democrats now have a new state party leader. Jim Ramsey of Manchester will serve as interim chair of the Vermont Democratic Party, succeeding David Glidden who is stepping down after two years.
By passing this new law, the state is both ratifying three decades of Hyde Park elections and legitimizing the process by which they were conducted going forward.
