Dodgers veteran Clayton Kershaw said he didn't entertain retirement after going through painstaking rehab following foot surgery.

Clayton Kershaw was back on the field with the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday in another sign the three-time Cy Young Award winner is returning for his 18th season with the franchise. The team hasn't announced a contract with the 36-year-old.

The Dodgers also added the No. 1 international prospect, right-hander Roki Sasaki, and re-signed outfielder Teoscar Hernandez, utilityman Kiké Hernandez and, most recently, longtime ace Clayton Kershaw.

The Los Angeles Dodgers and veteran outfielder Eddie Rosario agreed to a minor-league deal Saturday. Rosario was ironically a hero for the Atlanta Braves during their World Series run in 2021. The outfielder helped the Braves eliminate the Dodgers in the NLCS that season.
