We asked Sixers sources to comment on what doctors were telling us about the most troublesome left knee in Philly. The sources and our doctors agreed: Embiid should play on unless there's new damage.

Update, 7:00 p.m.: Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey are now officially listed as questionable vs. the Bulls Monday night. Maxey is dealing with a sprained finger in his right shooting hand, though Nick Nurse did tell reporters Sunday that the guard was a full participant at practice.

As the Sixers’ poor efforts continue, let’s see if they can end their seven-game losing streak on Monday against the Bulls.

Joel Embiid is listed as questionable due to knee injury management for the 76ers upcoming game against the Bulls on Monday.

For the majority of this season, Tyrese Maxey has been leading the charge for the Philadelphia 76ers. Along with doing what he can on the court, the former All-Star is attempting to uplift his teammates behind the scenes as well.

The Sixers closed their pre-All-Star break schedule with games against two teams they just needed to beat: the Toronto Raptors and Brooklyn Nets. Instead, they cratered. Colin Ward-Henninger writes:

The more the 76ers struggle, the likelier it becomes that the team's best chance is to build around the star guard.
