A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight from Dhaka to Dubai made an emergency landing in Nagpur due to technical issues, ensuring passenger safety. The passengers will be flown by another flight of the company later in the day.

Rachin Ravindra struck a superb 112 to lead the Black Caps into the Champions Trophy semifinals with a five-wicket win over Bangladesh and in turn dump hosts Pakistan out of the final four race. The result in Rawalpindi also ensured India’s semifinal berth in the 50-over tournament as Bangladesh became the other team from Group A to be knocked out.

India and Bangladesh are set to face each other today in the ICC Champions Trophy in Dubai. The venue last hosted an ODI in March last year while these two teams locked horns in Dubai way back in 2018 which was also the final of Asia Cup.
