The Wisconsin basketball team seemed poised to break into the top 10 of the AP Poll at halftime of their game against Oregon. The Badgers were up 12 points on the visiting Ducks and were coming off a dominant victory over Illinois on Tuesday night. Then came the second-half collapse, ending in a 77-73 loss in overtime to the unranked visitors.

Wisconsin is now 7-5 against Quad 1 opponents, 7-1 against Quad 2 and 7-0 against everybody else. That resume still holds strong as one of the best in the sport. It still has the team slotted as a No. 3 seed in current NCAA Tournament bracket projections.
