The president threatened to block a deal for the Washington Commanders’ new stadium if the team did not bow to his demand.

President Trump is threatening to hold up a new stadium deal for the Washington Commanders if they don't restore their old name of the Redskins. He also wants the Cleveland Guardians to go back to their former name.

I think too big of a deal was made about the old names of the Commanders and the Guardians. But I also think Trump needs to stay out of it.
