The co-pilot who sadly died in the Southend Airport plane crash has been named locally as Floris Rhee. He is understood to have been one of four people onboard a medical flight which had flown to the UK.

London Southend Airport said on Wednesday that it has partially reopened on Wednesday after flights to and from the airport had been suspended following a plane crash that killed four foreign nationals.

Police say all four people aboard a small plane that crashed shortly after taking off from London Southend Airport on Sunday are dead.
