Pink spent New Year's Eve alone in hospital after undergoing surgery on a neck injury while her husband Carey Hart and their two children went snowboarding.

"This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying," the singer wrote on Instagram.
