Liberty, Indiana Fever and Caitlin Clark

New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart told reporters on Friday that the players' meeting with the league to discuss a new collective bargaining agreement on Thursday was a "wasted opportunity" and that there was "not really" any progress made.
Indiana's Caitlin Clark had to withdraw from the 3-point contest and from playing in the game because of a right groin injury she suffered Tuesday night.
A young Breanna Stewart fan was left delighted after the Liberty star took the time out before the Fever game to greet her.
After the game, Clark was seen smiling and hanging out with some members of the Liberty outside the locker room. Liberty coach Sandy Brondello and Stewart seemed to be having a light-hearted conversation with Clark, along with what appeared to be her agent, Erin Kane.
