ARIZONA -- Arizona Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon gave an encouraging update on linebacker JJ Russell ahead of Friday's practice. Russell - who collided with safety Kitan Crawford during Thursday's practice - immediately went down on the field and was eventually carted off via stretcher.
