Scott McLaughlin had finished his race at Laguna Seca just before the Brickyard 400 ended. He hoped "the haters enjoyed" Bubba Wallace's win.

Bubba Wallace is a NASCAR Cup Series race champion. The 23XI Racing driver, who drives the No. 23 Toyota, took home the checkered flag at the Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon.

For a moment on Sunday, it appeared that Bubba Wallace would once again win a race under rain-shortened conditions. Wallace’s first NASCAR win at Talladega in 2021 happened in a rain-shortened race.
