They received four Grammy nominations for song of the year, for “Nice ‘N’ Easy” (a hit for Frank Sinatra), “The Summer Knows (Theme from ‘Summer of 42’)” (Peter Nero), “The Way We Were” (Streisand) and “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers” (Streisand and Neil Diamond). They also won four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.
