Among the new hires is Alex Van Pelt, who was the New England Patriots’ offensive coordinator in 2024 and will be a senior offensive assistant for the Rams. He joins the team for his first season in L.A. after a one-year stint in New England. He was previously the Cleveland Browns’ offensive coordinator from 2020-2023, as well.
