After Anne Burrell’s passing in June, the Food Network star's cause of death has been revealed as suicide, according to the New York City’s medical examiner’s office.

Food Network is planning to honor the memory of late chef and TV personality Anne Burrell with “tribute[s] to Anne each week” on the new season of “Worst Cooks in America,” the network confirmed to People.

Chef, Food Network star and TV host Anne Burrell died by acute intoxication and suicide, the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner confirmed to ABC News.
