Darnold was named to the list for his breakout season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2024. He threw for 4,319 yards, 35 touchdowns, 12 interceptions, a career-best 102.5 passer rating and helped lead the Vikings to a 14-3 record. He was also named to his first Pro Bowl.

One was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and they did so in Detroit. There was another 15-2 team in the NFL last season. The Kansas City Chiefs won 15 of their first 16 games, but in one of those 15 wins the Buccaneers took them to overtime at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Seattle Seahawks already have a srong secondary, but might have made it even better by adding one of the top undrafted free agents this year.
