Rumors have been surrounding the paranormal investigator's sudden death after he had been touring with a doll named Annabelle, which some claim is possessed.

Adams County coroner Francis Dutrow shared new statements on the death of Dan Rivera, who passed suddenly on July 13 in a Gettysburg, Pennsylvania hotel room. Rivera, 54, hosted a showing of Annabelle one day before he passed. He was also leading the New England Society for Psychic Research's sold out Devils on the Run Tour.

The coroner confirmed the infamous Annabelle doll was not present where Dan Rivera was found dead, despite online speculation.
