The Blues used a three-goal second period to zoom past Colorado 3-1 on Sunday night, picking up points for the fifth time in the last six games.

Justin Faulk said it best on Sunday after the St. Louis Blues put in a masterclass performance in a 3-1 win against the Colorado Avalanche at Enterprise Center.

Brayden Schenn, Colton Parayko and Dylan Holloway scored for the Blues, who picked up at least one point for the fifth time in the last six games.

Colton Parayko had the go-ahead score in St. Louis’ three-goal second period, Jordan Binnington made 27 saves and the Blues topped the Colorado Avalanche 3-1 in the second of back-to-back games for the teams.

Gabriel Vilardi scored twice as the Winnipeg Jets defeated the host St. Louis Blues 4-3 in a shootout Saturday night to extend their winning streak to nine games. Nikolaj Ehlers also scored and Cole Perfetti earned two assists for the Jets.
