The Titans lack a franchise quarterback and could attempt to get one by using the choice on Miami’s Cam Ward or Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders. But few observers are particularly enamored with this class of signal callers — in stark contrast to last year’s draft, in which six quarterbacks were selected in the first 12 picks.
