Fans of New England Brewing Co. (NEBCO) will soon have a new place to crack a cold one. NEBCO announced on Friday that it has purchased Stony Creek Brewery's facility at 5 Indian Neck Ave., Branford.

The acquisition includes the brewery, taproom, event space and kitchen trailer on the Branford property, but not the Stony Creek brand or business operations.

NEBCO’s director of business development, Marty Juliano, is a West Haven native. He said the company also is deliberate about its sponsorship and community partnerships.
