Minnesota Timberwolves guard Jaylen Clark appeared to hit his head after a hard fall under the hoop and exited to the locker room during the third quarter against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday at Target Center in Minneapolis.

The short-handed Timberwolves had their rotation thinned further when guard Jaylen Clark left their game against the Thunder because of neck pain from an awkward fall on the court in the third quarter Sunday night.

Known for defense, over 12 games Clark has made 50% of his 44 field-goals attempts including 50% of his 18 shots from three-point territory.
