Growing controversy over the criminal case files of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein now includes a the Wall Street Journal report of a Trump letter.

On July 17, 2025, The Wall Street Journal published an exclusive report claiming U.S. President Donald Trump once sent a birthday card to since-deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein with a drawing of a nude woman. The card, according to the report, was risqué, and ended with Trump writing, "may every day be another wonderful secret."

This past Thursday, the Wall Street Journal published a bombshell report about President Trump’s relationship with convicted child sex abuser Jeffrey Epstein. According to the Journal, the materials collected as part of the Department of Justice’s investigation into Epstein included a 2003 birthday message from Trump to Epstein.
