An incident at a baseball game in Chicago last month between the Diamondbacks and the White Sox got the attention of the sports world — and not in a good way.

A 22-year-old fan who heckled the Diamondbacks’ Ketel Marte during a game against the Chicago White Sox at Rate Field has been banned indefinitely from the ballpark.

Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte showed out at MLB's All-Star Game, but came home to see that he had been robbed.

Marte was at the MLB All-Star Game in Atlanta at the time of the incident. Police said no one was at the home in Paradise Valley. There were signs of forced entry, and numerous personal items and jewelry pieces were missing, police said. The investigation remains active.
