The CNN poll, conducted by SSRS and released on Wednesday, found that 61% of Americans oppose the GOP’s multitrillion-dollar spending bill that Trump signed into law earlier this month. Another 39% of Americans said they supported the bill, including 78% of Republicans and Republican-leaners.

Donald Trump's approval rating stands at 42 percent in new CNN polling, with 58 percent disapproving. Only 39 percent approve of his spending bill with 61 percent disapproving. Yet the president still has 88 percent approval with Republicans.
