Authorities are searching for Song in connection with an attack outside a U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement detention facility in Texas on July 4.
Song, a former Marine Corps reservist, has been charged by federal complaint with three counts of attempted murder of federal agents and three counts of discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence, according to a statement. Song allegedly purchased three of the firearms used in the crime.
