Today, we continue our training camp preview series by breaking down the Titans’ safeties. Like many positions on the roster, the Titans have added some pieces to the backend with a solid mix of rookies and veterans. A noticeable change will be evident when the team reports to camp on July 22.

Once in camp, players will battle it out until cutdown day, when the Titans will trim their roster from 90 to 53 before their Week 1 match up with the Denver Broncos. Tennessee has an interesting roster with a solid mix of veterans and youth, and while many jobs are locked up, there will be plenty of competition on every unit.

With training camp set to kick off this weekend, the Detroit Lions have added depth on both sides of the ball.
